Who this policy covers

This policy covers the PayBill Globe pre-launch website, waitlist and Founding Families Programme. For privacy questions, contact operations@paybillglobe.com. No financial services are available through the waitlist.

Information we collect

The registration form asks for your email and country of residence. We record registration time, email verification, membership details and your optional marketing choice. If you participate in research or request beta consideration, we also store your feedback and invitation preferences. Existing registrations may contain additional information voluntarily provided on earlier forms.

Campaign tags in the link you use may record the source, medium, campaign, content or search term. Existing member and community links may record referral attribution. Please do not include sensitive personal information in campaign links or feedback.

How we use your information

We use registration details to manage the waitlist, confirm your email and communicate about your membership and early-access consideration. We use campaign attribution to understand which campaigns bring registrations, and feedback to inform product research. Our legitimate interests include operating the waitlist and protecting it from abuse; technical request limits help prevent repeated submissions.

Optional news and marketing emails require your separate consent. Leaving that box unchecked does not prevent you from joining. Withdraw marketing consent or leave the waitlist by emailing operations@paybillglobe.com. Marketing messages, if introduced, will include a withdrawal method.

Storage, access and service providers

We use Lovable Cloud to store registrations and manage email verification. Authorised waitlist administrators can review signups, research feedback and invitations. Service providers process information needed to host the website, store records and deliver email. We do not sell waitlist contact details. Where providers process data outside your country, applicable transfer requirements must be met.

Browser storage and campaign measurement

Session storage remembers the first campaign or referral link during your visit. Browser storage also supports your sign-in session and theme preference. Campaign tags are recorded with your registration; this waitlist does not add advertising pixels or send your email to advertising platforms.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as necessary to manage the pre-launch community, your membership and related obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent, subject to applicable law. Contact operations@paybillglobe.com; we may need to confirm your identity. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.
